One of my first projects working at Yozu was to create a WooCommerce website with custom features that better handled their eCommerce requirements than their existing platform. Due to the high volume of traffic and orders, there was extensive testing before going live with the new site to ensure the switch over went smoothly.
Due to the nature of the business, they required a lot of data collection from customers purchasing Covid tests for travel. We created an easy to use and clear form that associated patient data with each test kit being purchased.
To improve the customer experience, we split the checkout stage into multiple sections that the customer could navigate between.
